The final chapter in a very long story

Oh, how I have been remiss.

Not that I expect anyone to remotely care about this now (or even read this)…but I’m finally getting around to posting about the last leg of the journey for our little Traveling Monkbot.

First of all, please forgive me for posting this FOUR YEARS AFTER THE JOURNEY ENDED…but I’m posting it nonetheless.

A 25,651-mile journey that began in Jackson, MS, November 2006, and ended in Jackson, MS, February 2009 is finally (and officially) being documented after landing in 13 different locations (8 states, 3 countries, and 2 continents).

Here is the travel log..as I can best recount (I may have missed a stop over in Minnetonka, MN…but it’s all so fuzzy now).

Many thanks to everyone who gave time and care to the Traveling Monkbot: Rowan, Bama, Double D, Quossum, Jan, Mind Doc, Ivoryhut, Theresa, Gray and Taylor (I apologize for missing anyone). I’m awed to have been the catalyst for such a great experiment with such wonderful people. I think of each you often and will always hold the most special place in my heart for you.

And now…I slip back into the ether…satisfied to have closed the final chapter on this thing we called Monkbot.
